Details
Gurui Shahi Mosque, one of the oldest mosques of Kishoreganj district, is situated at southside of Nikli upazila headquarters at Gurui Union under Nikli Upazila. The mosque is about 700 years old which is a unique sign of Medieval architecture. Gurui Shahi Mosque is one of the 16 mosques built by Sultan Rukunuddin Barbak Shah in Indian subcontinent. In terms of the architectural point of view, this mosque is one of the most significant archeological examples of the district.
