Chamta Ghat’ is situated at Sutarpara union of Karimganj Upazila. This place is known as the gate for the ‘ Bhati region’. Thousands of people use this ‘Chamta Ghat’ port for regular communication to ‘Bhati Regions’. The natural beauty  of the place  is really worth seeing during the rainy  season. People from different areas as well as urban areas come here to travel in the evening. Some tourists often mention this place as ‘ Mini Cox’sbazar’. There is a dak bangalow belonging to Zilla Parishad (District Council) near the place. There is a direct bus service called ‘Haor Bilas’ to Dhaka from here for the convenient of the tourists.
